SENIORS

YOUR STORY MATTERS

My approach to photographing this monumental time in your life is no different than my approach to photographing families and weddings. The goal is always to photograph you authentically.

You’ll receive a questionnaire from me where I’ll ask you things like:

  • what occupation you’re going to pursue after graduation and why

  • what you’re passionate about

  • a list of 5 places that bring you absolute joy & peace

  • what your vision is for this session

I ask all these things in order to create images true to who you are. If you love Charleston, we’ll travel there, if you love art museums, we’ll explore that together. If what brings you joy is record shopping, horseback riding, or arcades, I’m so there. This is a collaboration between us. I’m here to document the real moments in a place where you feel most comfortable. When you look back at photos of this time in your life, I want you to see the real YOU- not a plastic version.

If this is what you’re looking for, let’s dive in and start crafting your session!

RECENT WORK

Miranda // Graduate of USC Law School

Miranda chose the South Carolina State House for her location. She loved the architecture and the grounds so, since she was pursuing a career in law, it was the perfect setting. She is rooted in her faith, so I wanted to be intentional about photographing her in a way where the light from above was resting on and around her.

ALEX // HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE

Alex is passionate about building things, books and animals. We did his session at home since that was his happy place. When I asked what kind of photographs he wanted to see in his gallery, he said, “Non-traditional photos that show my personality.”
